Turn your GIF animations into a wide variety of video formats including AVI, MP4, FLV, WMV, MPEG2, SWF, 3GP, DivX, XviD, MOV, M4V, etc. or saves them as sequences of images in popular formats such as JPG, PNG, TIF or BMP. Customize the output vide's settings by modifying the bitrate, frame rate, aspect ratio and other factors.

With GIF to Flash Converter you can convert animated GIF images to AVI, SWF, or FLV formats, as well as to other image formats like BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, in seconds. Also you will be able to capture the selected frames of an Adobe Flash file and save them to GIF or AVI, or create small animations from images easily.

The interface is really simple, all it takes is to select the input file and choose a destination where the resulting animation will be saved. In this application you will find options to define image size, quality, frame delay, and to apply many effects to output files.

After choosing a file, define the output format, adjust frame delay, bit rate, and frames per second, then press Convert. Other options include splitting a large animation. Effects include brightness, contrast, saturation, blur, etc.

The program has also a player that allows to preview the file to convert and also the converted file.

This program is very useful for web designers who want to place graphics on their websites without the need of complex applications.

This new version supports Flash 7.
